Answer

若裝置在開機後直接進入Windows 修復環境(WinRE)，請參考以下步驟排除問題:

A. 卸載最新的Windows Update更新

    若裝置在問題發生前剛執行過Windows Update，請參考FAQ-8791的內容，至Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Uninstall Updates移除更新

B. 檢查並修復C槽中的錯誤系統檔案與壞軌Check and repair file system errors and bad sectors on the C: drive

    (1) 至Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command prompt

         

    (2) 輸入指令“chkdsk /r c:”

    (3) 在修復完成後，輸入指令“sfc /scannow”

    (4) 在掃描完成後，輸入“Exit”並選擇“Continue”以進入系統

C. 還原裝置Restore the device

    若您曾建立過還原點，請參考以下步驟還原裝置

    (1) 至Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore

          

    (2) 選擇欲登入的Windows account並輸入密碼登入

    (3) 選擇欲還原的還原點，並按照指令以開始還原

E. 重設裝置

    (1) 至Troubleshoot > Reset this PC

          

    (2) 選擇“Keep my files”以移除所有軟體與設定並保留所有個人檔案

          

    (3) 選擇Cloud download或Local reinstall以開始重設此裝置

F. 還原原廠設置

   若在按照以上步驟執行後仍無法排除問題，請至Troubleshoot > Restore MSI factory settings > 按照指令以開始還原原廠設置
